- Added body linear and angular damping (default zero).
- Added more contact id details for circle vs polygon contact (not tested).
- Improved mouse joint.
- Adjusted angular sleep tolerance.
- Hooked up warm starting flag for most, but not all constraints.
- Added more debug code to the small block allocator.
- All contacts are now available after the time step. This was tricky.
- All inequality constraints now treat the slop region in the same way.
