Standalone Box2D library

Hello, I'm new here. Box2D is light and useful for making realistic games so I'm willing to help the development.

It's inconvenient that the Box2D package includes freeglut and glui which are not likely to used in making colourful games. And I think it's bad to mix the sources of Box2D and the game. So, I arranged a new package containing standalone Box2D. It may be helpful for people who don't use IDE.

Hi Tim,

Welcome to the Box2D forums!

Freeglut and GLUI are included in the distribution to allow people to run the example programs. Box2D sources are kept in a separate directory and are built into an independent library.

I suppose I could have a separate source and test-bed distribution, but so far the combined distribution has been small enough (~500K) that it is not a problem for most people. However, as always, I am open to further input in this area.

What would be nice would be a C++ template for VS that automatically links in the Box2D library, and includes the Box2D headers
