Hello,

I've just finished up a little trailer for an iPhone game I've been working called Rolando. I've been using Box2D for all the physics, and its worked beautifully - a truly great engine. Thanks so much to Erin and all the other contributors (especially ejordan for the hugely useful Convex Decomposition code he posted).

That does look pretty sweet. At first I thought, "Oh look, another Box2D game with little balls", but it looks like you took it a couple notches further and added some cool features. Too bad I don't have an iPhone :p

So did you make it with Standard Free iPhone SDK? or some extra libs as well?

Cool! Its been getting around a lot this week. It was just made using Box2D, ewjordans convex decomposition code, and the default Apple Cocoa Touch libraries (which are great for texture loading, processing xml etc).

How do you do sticking to surfaces? Create a spring each time you detect a contact?

Looking excellent! I'll have to see if I can get my brother to loan me his iPhone so I can check it out when it's released - no chance of an OS X or PC version down the line, is there? :) Can't tell from the video if the multi-touch is too integral to the gameplay to rule that out.

BTW, I've been wondering - is the integration of Box2d with Objective C mostly painless, or do you need a lot of glue code? Also, have you run into any performance issues? I paid up for the developer's program a while back but couldn't get my hands on a phone so I didn't really dig too deep; I'm considering giving it another go soon, though.
