It's called Ninja's Ascent. I'm using the Java port of Box2D, even though C++ is what I swear by haha. This is the first game I've ever released besides the ones I do for the Ludum Dare (you should check it out if you've never heard of it). I coded it and my friend from high school did the art. We're freshman in college and he's my roommate! College is a blast.
Anyway, if you have the time, we'd be super grateful if you'd download it, play it, hopefully rate it, and maybe even comment back here with some feedback?
It's not done yet, but I really want your feedback to push it to the finish line. We're hoping to pump out an app a month, and so far we're at the 2 week mark with this game. There's still loads of content we have to add (right now there's only one powerup), but this should give the basic idea. It's very similar to Doodle Jump, NinJump, or any other "jump" app you can think of, but this is our first app, so might as well start simple, eh?
Tap where you want your ninja to travel, then he'll jump in that direction. You can jump off of objects and walls, but not fireballs.
Get powerups (The only powerup right now is the box with the fire symbol on it)
The ninja just got hit by a meteor in this one, and another one is coming down. Don't be like this ninja.
Thanks for reading this!
