The code is in the repository?

Unless you need it built for you, then we'd need to know what platform.

I could not to build project, because sources in repository is not compatible with Box2D v2.0.1 sources. Maybe, I don't understand something.

I use Microsoft Visual Studio 2005.

I'm running OS X, can't provide you with a binary. But try downloading the latest version of ALL the sources, and building from that.
